We have two plots available for rent within our highly secure premises on Twin Palms Rd Kabulonga. Access to these plots is limited to The Big Green Box office hours which are:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 08.30-12.30
1) 40 x 50m fully walled plot with electric fence on the external walls, lock up gate and guard house to be built upon rental
2) 40 x 45m 3 walled plot – electric fence on the two external walls. This plot is visually separated from The Big Green Box secure storage facility by a wall, but it is not totally enclosed. This means that there is some additional space available (approximately 40 x 5ms) as part of this plot if required.
Both plots are spot lit at night.
It is essential that the person renting either of these plots have a dedicated security guard to protect their contents outside The Big Green Box office hours. Only security guards from our chosen company will be permitted. If the one renter were to take both plots it is possible for one security guard to cover both plots as they are lit and directly opposite each other.
3) We have an additional 5 acre plot near the airport for rent.
The cost for each plot is ZMK40,000.
